The Four Elements: Part 1 Earth – ReWilding Strategies for Understanding and Improving Digestion

Hello everyone, here is an interview I recently did with Extreme Health Radio.

This is part 1 of what will be a 4 part series where I’ll be going over my ReWilding strategies by exploring the 4 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water. In this interview I discuss the element “Earth”. For me, Earth represents the foods we eat, and our digestive system in general. What was great about this interview was they gave me the opportunity to go into areas that are usually too in depth for most radio shows. There is some new and more comprehensive info here, and there will be more to come!

Enjoy and stay tuned for parts 2, 3 & 4!

On Gun Control

ghandi

I have been extremely hesitant to weigh in on this already bloated and inflamed debate, feeling that there is very little that I can add to a conversation that has – in recent weeks –  been articulated at length, and from both sides, ad nauseam. So rather than belabor an already rubbed-raw wrangle, I would like [...]

Fire By Toothbrush!

Fire By Toothbrush! Hey Friends!  This is a guest blog from my good friend Brian Smith.  When he sent me over his initial images, I knew I had to share it! It is common with surthrivalists to steer clear of items that have only one use when putting together their go-bags (aka bug-out-bags) and EDCs [...]

Bridging The Gap: Obstacles as a Metaphor, Part 5

DSC00254

“Your problem is to bridge the gap between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach” -Earl Nightingale As I write this, the fifth part in a six part obstacle course series, I am reminded of my earliest impressions of bridges, not just as a path connecting two points, but as powerful [...]
