This past weekend, I set out with my partner Ali and good friend Arthur to forage some of spring's delectable greens.
We harvested Wild Leeks (Ramps), Fiddleheads and a few other wild foods. I'm looking forward to incorporating these foods into my diet over the coming weeks!
